Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on memberships purchased through their referral.
Payouts
Commissions are paid after the applicable refund period and only on successful payments.
Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising to promote Poleplace.
Brand Protection
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the brand name “Poleplace” or variations of it in search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Coupon & Deal Sites
Coupon websites and discount aggregators are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
Trademark Use
Affiliates may not impersonate Poleplace or create websites, ads, or social profiles that appear to represent the official brand.
Fraud Prevention
Poleplace reserves the right to reject commissions generated through fraudulent, misleading, or self-referral activity.
Program Changes
Poleplace reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time.
Poleplace respects the privacy of all affiliates and customers. Personal data collected through the affiliate program is used solely for tracking referrals, managing commissions, and communicating with affiliates regarding the program.
Customer email addresses and personal information are never shared with affiliates.
All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Poleplace’s official privacy policy.
